Greetings! As I'm preparing for my Italy trip with my sister, I was wanting tips and maybe meeting other tour members. I have been looking at the forums and googling information. I have found some things to share. One very interesting thing is eating with a Roman couple for that second free evening. Wondering if anyone would like to share what they know or we can compare notes or join my sister and I at the home I found. The husband is a Sommelier and Chef and for $40 US dollars he will fix a 5 course meal complete with wine and possibly Limoncello. He got great reviews. His wife is a writer and film critic. I think dining with local people would be wonderful. Thoughts? Comments?
