My family of 4 will be traveling to Venice (2 nights), Florence (2 nights), and Rome (4 nights) on the last week of June. We are looking for suggestions on where to stay in these cities. Our budget is $200.00 -$300.00/night. Preferably Airbnb. Thank you!!
Hotel prices for four would be hard to find at your price point. Book AirBnB now. Use their app. ASAP!!!!! You are very late to be trying to find lodging.
Be sure you don't end up in places without air conditioning.
Have you looked at any guidebooks especially Steves' books for those areas?
Yes, make sure you have a/c!
You have posted your question in the "Rick Steves Tours" Forum where tours provided by this company are discussed.
You might get a few more answers if you posted in the "Italy" Q&A Forum.
We stayed here for Rome with 4 adults for 6 nights. Great area and easy to navigate the city
This is where we stayed in Florence for 4 nights.

Both have elevators, washing machine, full kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay in either of them again.
(Venice we stayed in the Ruzzini Palace Hotel as we were only there for 2 nights, i didn't want to mess with meeting a host as we arrived early, i wanted to drop off our bags at a hotel and get the day started)
Thank you every for your inputs. We were able to get a place w. A/C. Much appreciated!
While I haven't stayed in any of these Venice hotels yet, I was recommended the following by many members on these boards and through guidebooks. Browsing their websites, they look very nice:
Hotel Campiello
Pension Accademia
Hotel Flora
Hotel Ala
Palazzo Stern
