How many people are usually on RS tours?

If a tour is showing sold out, I would probably assume that it's going to be 28 people, the max. Sometimes a few may cancel at the last minute, but the last few tours I've taken have had the max number of people.

Depends on all sorts of circumstances. Most of our 12 tours have been 24 people, our Loire to South of France was 17, Our Best of Portugal started out at 28, our Village Italy last October was 21 members. I might add that all showed as full 30 days out.

My previous 8 RSTs each had 28 members and the 9th, Best of Rome next month (and my first wintertime tour) has a total of 22 members.
