In Copenhagen, we stay at the Absalon Hotel which is 2 blocks from the train station. It's very modern and the breakfast is the most incredible treat we've ever had.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Oslo, a nice experience. Wonderful breakfasts. Short walk from train station.

In Oslo, we have stayed at the Thon Hotel Astoria three times, most recently in August. It is very central and they have a nice breakfast that is included.
