I’ve been on several RS tours and someone in the group will get a list started to collect names and emails and/or addresses and will invite people to join in. Voluntary of course. The guide usually will bring up the RS policy and state that tour members can do this on their own.

Thanks, Judy. This did happen in our group, but I got busy/distracted and failed to get on the list. I did hope, though, that there would be some official means of doing so on this site.
