Heart of Italy accomodations question?

Hi Everyone,

So, I was thinking of doing a BoE next summer, but I may have roped in a friend to do her first RS Tour. However, she is on limited time, due to work schedules, so we may look at the Heart of Italy tour for AUGUST! It's most likely going to be HOT!!! Does anyone know if the hotels (yes, I realize there are several/they change tour to tour) on this tour will likely have air conditioning? I have taken 6 RS tours already, so I know what to expect, but I have a feeling this may make or break my friend joining me on tour. I have to admit though, I would want A/C in August too! ;)

Since RS uses a series of different hotels during the course of a year this might be a question best answered by calling the RS office to ask.

I just returned from Heart of Italy, my first tour. While your trip may have some different hotels, all of the ones we stayed in had good A/C units (and private bathrooms). I loved the tour and can’t wait to book my next one!

I took the tour in July 2012 when there was a heat wave! It was 98 when we got there and stayed that way the whole week. Fortunately there was A/C in all the hotels - perhaps not super cool but enough to cool us down so we could sleep.
