Who has taken this tour and flown into Dublin then headed to Ennis on the bus or train? Arriving in Dublin the afternoon of 26th and figuring out how to get to Ennis that afternoon /evening. Is it better to take airport bus to Galway and stay first nights there then continue to Ennis to meet the group? I planned on Staying in Ennis the 2 nights before the tour and have secured accommodation already. Please advise. I need your expert help !
We flew into Shannon…. East bus ride into Ennis. Tour ends in dublin do we stayed extra day . Then fly out of dublin
If you are intent on getting to Ennis the same day, the M7 bus leaves from central Dublin and goes to Ennis. It takes 4 hours.

Personally, I would plan for a rest stop by either overnighting in Dublin or taking the bus from Dublin Airport directly to Galway and spend the night there.

Take the train or bus to Ennis the next day.
You will be tired upon arrival and you have built enough time into your schedule for a rest break.
I took the bus from the Dublin airport to Galway. It was about three hours. I stayed n Galway for a day, but I didn’t see a lot of Galway because I took a day trip to Connemara, Cong & Kylemore Abbey. The next morning I took a bus to Doolin where I stayed for two nights. I spent the full day I had there going to Inisheer,( the smallest Island in the Aran Islands) and the next morning I caught the bus to Ennis the day the tour began. I was there by noon and had plenty of time to get settled before the first tour meeting. It might be easier for you to go to Galway, spend the night and do a little exploring before heading to Ennis. The 3 hour bus ride was a little exhausting after the flight. You will love the tour!
We flew into Dublin and spent a day there before taking the train across to Ennis the day before the tour started. Nice relaxing way to cross Ireland. Tight schedule if you are landing in Dublin the day the tour starts on the opposite coast!
