Has the Single Supplement Policy changed for 2027?

I thought I saw a supplement for the revised Portugal tour that was different than $50 x the number of days.

Thanks, CL. The $60/day figure equals the $780 supplement figure for the Portugal tour in 2027. I haven’t looked at others. I agree it’s reasonable. I was one of the lucky few that was able to travel solo multiple times with RS tours without a roommate, usually without paying a supplement. I suspect that was easier for solo men than solo women. Alas, that ship has sailed off into the sunset. Now my accrued tour bonus will pay the supplement, so no complaints here. Thanks.

I, too, benefit from the previous tour # bonus discount which really helps with the single supplement. I tried sharing one trip and was lucky in my roommate, but I've heard stories that make your hair curl about other sharing situations so I decided once was enough and I always pay the supplement now.

You are probably right, I've been on 5 tours and only 3 solo guys total (and none on the same tour). I benefitted from all the other solo women paying the supplement so I got my own room, but I am just has happy to pay the per day charge for my own space, offset by my alum discount. Hope you have a good time on the tour! I'm doing a short trip to Portugal in November with a friend.
