I stumbled across this page accidentally, and enjoyed reading about guides from tours I have done. As far as I can tell, you can only get there by doing a search on one of the names.

You can get there from the "Our Tours" link; then "Great Guides"; and there is a tiny link in the far right box that says "guide interviews" .

Liz, I noticed when looking at the link you provided, it is not a complete list of guides. Several of our recent guides are missing. That said, our most recent guide (absent from the list) Marijan K. from Ljubljana has done multiple written & audio interviews, etc. Thanks for sharing! BTW a great way to meet RS guides is to attend the annual reunion weekend in January! Fortunately we live a short drive away.

There's also this page and while it's not actual interviews it tells a little about some of the people who work in the office and also do some guiding.
