First RS tour starting July 7 and I’m so excited! For those that have been on the tour, I’ll be arriving in Trier about 3pm, just ahead of our group meeting at 4pm. Can I check in and get settled in my room or do I have to wait for the tour guide to hand out keys? Thank you!

You'll be able to check in on your own and get the key to your room so that you can have some time to freshen up.

There will likely be some people who arrived the day before. The desk people at the Residenz will have a list of names in the group and will welcome you whether the RS guide is there to help or not. The room will be huge. Ask them how to work the window blinds, as it's not obvious.
