I just called up my Final Balance Invoice and my early booking discount and tour alum discounts are missing.
I will be contacting the tour department tomorrow, however curious has anyone else experienced this?
BTW I checked my tour history, and all the previous tours are listed there.
Probably just an oversight.

No, this is not our 2nd tour for the year. I did notice that we got the early booking discount, however, we are missing
6 more Alum tour discounts for each of us. I sent an email with attachments and will follow up with phone call tomorrow.
BTW all the tours we have taken are listed and both of our accounts.
I’m sure it’s just an oversight. We’ve done RS Tours for ten years and they have always been upfront and helpful.
Hi, Dona. Thanks for your email to help us correct the tour invoice. The Alumni Discounts weren't there because you originally had signed up for other 2023 tours that were later cancelled. The discounts went onto one of those, and when we process a cancellation, we sometimes forget to move the discounts. It's always helpful to check your invoice and to remind us!
