Family Tours and Sleeping Arrangements

I am about to make my final decision as to which family tour to take in 2015 however, I did have a question regarding hotel accommodations. We will have 5 people in our party, two adults, one 17 year old, one 15 year old, and one 9 year old and I am wondering how the sleeping/bed arrangements will work. Will we get a room large enough for 5 with 5 beds or will we have two rooms to be sure everyone has their own bed? I guess what I am really asking is if I need to ask my teenage boys to sleep together in the same bed and for those with teenage boys, this may be asking a lot...lol.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

After searching the website a bit more I guess I found my answer (it was in the family tour FAQ) and yes, I will need to ask my teenage boys to be "flexible" and "understanding" as it relates to sleeping arrangements.

Thanks Carol. I am about to book the 2015 Family Tour, England to Florence so hoping that our family needs will be accounted for in some way and yes, we will be flexible :)

I left a VM with you guys but was wondering, when completing the tour booking they are asking for the relationship in order to understand the room assignments yet there is only a check-box for Couple, Roommate, and Other. Which category would i select for my kids?

We are all soooooooooo excited to take this once in a lifetime family trip to Europe and waiting until June of 2015 will nearly kill us all with anticipation! I am hoping it's one to remember and never ever forget.

Thanks,

Bill

You can request either a double (for the couple) and a triple; or a twin and a triple; as you prefer. We will allow the three kids to share the triple, or two kids to share a twin, if you sign the Kids' Rooming Waiver to that effect. Tour department will send it to you after receiving your reservation. Happy planning!
