Is there a multi-destination tour that takes you to England and Scotland? If not, are there plans to create one?

There are separate tours for England and Scotland that you could piece together.

The Best of England actually goes to England and Wales but Rick does not offer a tour that does England and Scotland.
Unknown if they are considering adding tours. After refunding all of 2020 and not offering any tours for 2021 my guess is that it will be a few years before they consider adding any new itineraries. However, I have no actual knowledge of Rick Steves' Europe business plan!
