What's a good hotel nearest the Dublin airport that includes breakfast?
Premier Inn. Quick airport shuttle, just a few minutes away.

It was clean, good value, and shuttle worked great when we were there.
Breakfast is not included at Premier Inns but is very reasonable. You have a choice of full breakfast buffet or "continental" buffet.
The Radisson Blu and the Maldron are on the airport grounds, each with a fast shuttle or you can walk to either terminal if you want. Check the websites re breakfast, both have restaurants but I don't think breakfast is free. There are several other places in and around nearby Swords, with shuttle service to the airport.
Be sure to be aware of the Swifty invasion in late June, unless of course that is why you are going.
We used a Hilton near the airport and it was very nice. They arranged for a uber/taxi for the next morning, which needed to arrive around 4:30am. This was a couple of years ago and I cannot remember if they included breakfast.
Thanks to everyone who provided info on the Dublin hotels. Just booked my room and wanted to let you know that your assistance was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Although this wasn’t my post I have to say a big thanks to all of you experienced travelers. I just booked my husband and myself at the Premiere Inn for the night before our flight home. We are taking our first RS tour of Ireland this August and we’re so excited.
While I have not stayed at the hotel yet we are on the BOI in mid September. I chose the Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport for our one night night stay before we fly back to San Francisco. I liked the shuttle bus they run to the airport every 30 minutes 24 hours. I have also heard the on site Italian restaurant is good as well.
We stayed at the Raddison Blu the night before we were leaving Dublin. We were on a bus from Belfast that dropped us off at the airport and the hotel was so close it was an easy walk to it. The room was comfortable, the dinner that night in the restaurant was very good. We left early the next morning and they had a sack breakfast waiting for us as we got on the free shuttle. On our experience I highly recommend the hotel.

Yep, the above post is exactly what I want to say. Except our first RS tour is this April. Thank you all for the good advice.
Realize the OP has made a decision, but I am taking the April 21 14 day tour, and I am extending a bit at the end, an extra night in Belfast, then making my way to Malahide and staying at the Grand Malahide hotel for 3 nights. It is a ?20 minute taxi ride to the airport. Many of the Tripadvisor forum recommend it.
