I’m signed up to take the Rick Steves Best of Holland and Belgium tour in late March of next year. Do you think the RS office will keep the tour members informed of the regulations of their particular tour? Or will we be required to do all the legwork to know what we will need to do to travel? I’ve had the vaccine and will be getting the booster next month. Hopefully we will be back to pre-Covid days soon (unless there is an “alpha and omega” variant.

Probably a question for them, but I imagine they will appraise you of the most important points, especially the need for testing, or if vaccination information other than your CDC Card/Vac record is needed. If quarantine is imposed in either of those countries, I suspect they would have to cancel or drastically change the itinerary.
