Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know where I can get information on the RS tours cancelation policy? I've been searching the website but can't seem to find the information. I know right now the RS team are dealing with high volume of emails and voicemail so it's taking awhile for responses. I thought I'd ask on this forum.

You need to scroll down to find the cancellation policy.

To find it I went at random to a tour, clicked on What's Included, scrolled down to the "fine print" and then went clicked on the link to the tour conditions page. There may be a quicker way, I just knew that route.
Well, when I started there were no replies, hahaha!! Renee and Liz must have had more coffee than I this morning!
