I’m on the best of Ireland trip later this year and would like to know from those of you who have done this if you need to buy your ticket to the Dublin Airport. Or, are you able to just buy it on the bus? Any help is appreciated.
Here is the website for Aircoach

We were on this tour in 2019, loved it. We bought our tickets directly from the bus driver, very simple.
The bus left right around the corner from our final tour hotel which, I believe, was the Hotel Europa.

Thanks for the link. Just reading the reviews it sounds like people have had trouble with advanced purchases if planes were late or plans changed. Has anyone had experience taking this bus from Belfast to Dublin? How reliable was it and did you buy your tickets in advance?
Great! Thanks Claire.
I used Aircoach last month in Dublin. From and to the airport. I bought my ticket in advance - a discount for advance purchase. I had no problem with flight time. The key is that you do not activate the electronic ticket until you are ready to use it. Once activated, it is only good for two hours. I waited to activate it until I literally was the boarding area and saw the bus pulling in. All went very smoothly, very punctual.
Don’t be late for the bus. They leave quickly and on time if nobody is there. Otherwise, they load the baggage and passengers quickly and set off. So, if you are even a few minutes late, you will probably miss the ride.
I have used Aircoach numerous times and that’s been my experience every time. Quick and comfortable.
Enjoy Ireland!
