Looking for a 3-4 hour boat excursion on Lake Trasimeno for 4-6 people. All I can find are extremely overpriced excursions on sites like Viator, Trip Advisor, etc. Any advice is appreciated!

Look closely at Viator and see what company they are vendoring with. Then contact that company directly. We were recently told that Viator takes 30% from the total cost.

Well, I have no experience with this company but was able to find it thru Google.. worth a look I think
