Best tour to see the most of Greece

I see that there are a couple of RS tours featuring Greece. Looking for recommendations on which one would give my husband and me the best combination of historical and island hopping experiences. Thank you

If you're willling to go with another tour company, Odysseys Unlimited offers a Greek tour that includes islands. They are small group as well. I've traveled with both companies. You won't go wrong with either.

The price quoted online is with airfare but you can travel without included air. Contact them for the price.

We loved the 14 day Greece tour, I think of it as a road trip through Greece, very good and guide was fantastic!

I echo others who enjoyed the RS Athens & the Heart of Greece in 14 Days. It was one of our favorite Tours. Our guide & local guides were exceptional. We added two days in Athens before the start of the tour. Following the tour we added 10 days island hopping- 4 nights in Santorini and 6 nights in Naxos. We flew back to Athens and then flew home the following morning.

Thank you all very much for the information. I did just check out the Odyssey itinerary and it does look like it hits more points of interest. Question on the Odyssey tour: were the hotels nice? Kathleen

I have taken both RS and Odysseys Tours. Three of each. The hotels with Odyssey are nicer.

If you have any more questions, send me a PM.

We have traveled with Odysseys Unlimited although not to Greece. We did Greece on our own. The Odysseys hotels are more upscale than the RS hotels. You can look up the hotels that Odysseys uses for their tours on their website and check them out for yourself. The RS hotels are fine and their tour experience is really good as well. We always had a great experience with RS tours. All that being said, I choose the tour company based on the itinerary not the hotels.
