Anyone going on the Best of Spain October 26 and getting there early? I am a newcomer to the Forum and just met the nicest bunch of RS travelers in St. Louis (thanks to the email from Karen in the Travel Group Meetings Forum) and so enjoyed it! I stumped them. As an “un-techie” and non cell phone user I need a way to phone our BnB host from El Prat airport. Is there a way?
Also to use the Metro Barcelona I need to purchase a full pay ticket to ride the Metro from the airport and I then buy the T10 at another Metro station to use during stay, right? Machine will take Credit Card? Screen will show English?
Also anyone know how to attend a practice session of any of the castellars in Barcelona as I see no competitions scheduled during our Barcelona stay? Thanks in advance! So excited!

Ask your BnB host how to call them from El Prat.
Machines for tickets have multiple languages. AT least some will take cash (that's what I used), US credit cards are not always accepted at European machines, not sure about Spain. Did I mention I pay cash? A google search should take you to an official website for the metro to find out about the metro from BCN. There is likely to be info on the BCN website as well.
