Generally, the answer is yes, but we did this tour in the spring and for various reasons, we had three different buses. If you are counting on under the bus storage, i would make it known to your guide and to the bus driver—or ship your items home.

I've never had to change buses in three RS tours, and I doubt if it happens often. The bus isn't used by anyone else during the tour. You should be able to leave a bag, but make sure the driver knows what and whose it is. And don't forget to take it with you when you leave the bus for the last time.

On my last tour the guide was careful to remind us to take everything when we said goodbye to the bus. Otherwise, she joked, she and the driver would be selling it on E-bay the next day.

Thanks for all your input. I believe it was on the Berlin, Prague, Vienna that our bus and driver went elsewhere. But I don’t really remember now! We’ll just have to see and I’ll have to make a vow to shop less.
