When I did this in 2019, two of the tour hotels offered a bag of laundry for a good price, and several of us took advantage. The guide told us about the offers when the tour began. Both were places where we stayed two nights, and well timed as the tour progressed.

I also did a bathroom sink wash, but for me it's worth some money to have the hotel do it.
