I will be going on the RS Best of Scandinavia in 14 Days Tour next summer. After the walking tours are there places that you would recommend revisiting. For example, in Stockholm the walking tour goes by the Palace but doesn't go in to explore. The description of the tour does not state that.
I recently really enjoyed the city halls in Copenhagen, and was able to do the tour in Stockholm. In looking at the Best of Itinerary, not sure you will actually have a tour of either of the city halls. Get to Tivoli - FUN! And in Bergen, the Theta Museum which is the actual room where the Resistance Fighters used as their headquarters - really interesting, but limited times!
In Oslo the walking tour took us by the Museum of Resistance and we went in afterwards -- very worthwhile. Also, this wasn't covered on our walking tour of Copenhagen as it's a bit out of town, but we absolutely loved the Louisiana Museum of Art. Great art collection in a spectacular setting.
You will love this tour!
I did this tour May/june 2026. I arrived in Stockholm a few days early and per guidebook highly recommend getting ticket to tower at city hall (website days prior), the armory is great with free tour at palace. I also explored Gamla Stan on own since the walking tour was a bit rushed. Plenty of time at Vasa museum following the group tour. Familiarize yourself with SL metro prior to start of tour and you will quickly buzz around town to catch many sights in Stockholm.
Agree with response about Oslo Resistance museum following walking by tour. On first night in Oslo there is a brief walk prior to dinner. Following dinner a small group of us immediately headed out to walk to opera house (to climb roof for views) and see inside Deichman library (across street) which saved time the next day. Enjoy! Wonderful tour
