Have a great time in the Eternal City! Wish I was going too!

Oh, and enjoy lovely Florence too as I see you're spending a few days there before the tour. Lots to see there. :O)

We once celebrated Thanksgiving at a restaurant in London. I don't remember what I ordered, but our English friends feasted on hare, and liver.

Some of the remaining of Texans are in Colorado. Winter Park just opened for the season this morning, with one whole run (Parkway) but a lot of people lined up at the Gemini lift before 9:00 AM. I imagine there will be many “Yee-haws” uttered before the end of the day.

Elevation Pizza is open, too, but it’s not like in Rome. Have a great Tour, mikewade98!!

Good luck finding roast turkey, yams, mashed potatoes, gravy and pumpkin pie.

Thanksgiving as you know it isn’t European tradition.

However, start researching now to see if the Hard Rock Cafe is serving a “ traditional “ Thanksgiving meal. You will need reservations.

Who needs turkey and pumpkin pie when there is saltimbocca, carbonara, wine, and tiramisu! Have a wonderful time!
