Hi, nw, it looks like the BlaBlaBus can get you from Annecy directly to the Geneva airport in about an hour for around €7.70 per person. Make sure you allow time for delays. https://www.blablacar.co.uk/bus

I saw that but from what I see the earliest trip is at 8:45 - surprising that there isn’t an earlier option?

Have you checked the train service? I guess I was assuming you already had but I did a dummy booking and it looks like there are early trains heading out of Annecy to the airport in Geneva. https://www.sbb.ch/en
