Air Reservations Changed

Need some advice: Flying ORD to ATH in 4 weeks.....booked flights OCT 2018 and then purchased separate RT FLEX ticket on Aegean to JTR. My original international flight was changed 4 days ago ...it was scheduled to arrive ATH 1845 and Aegean flight departs at 2235.

My new international flight is scheduled for noon-ish arrival.....now creating a possible 10 hour layover before separate flight to JTR. Obviously I would like to depart and arrive earlier to Santorini.

What is the best way to handle this? Can I call now to request change or wait until I arrive at ATH?

Not sure I understand 100%, but since you have separate tickets you'll have to change the booking for your second flight. You mention a flex fare, so the cost to change the flight should be no more than the price difference, if any (plus maybe a fee), and I wouldn't wait because flights do fill up!

I would call the airline. It appears that a Flex fare can be changed with no fee, you just pay the difference in fare cost.
