I am about to book my first RIck Steves tours Paris and Heart of France, we want to arrive a day early how do I book at the arrival hotel so we stay in the same place. Thanks

When you book the RS tour, you will be given contact information for the arrival hotel. Just contact the hotel by phone or email, tell them you are on RS tour starting at the hotel and request reservation for night before tour starts. Very easy.

Do it as soon as you know the hotel, and as was said, contact the hotel directly. The hotels that RS deals with, know that there will be some tour guests who will ask for additional nights, and will often set aside a few rooms for that purpose. These rooms may be blocked on booking websites, so direct contact is best.
