Can anyone that’s been on this tour this year tell me where they stayed? Lauterbrunnen Murren Steckelberg etc. thx Larry

We've taken this tour twice, and stayed in Stechelberg both times. Beautiful setting, lovely people. Some people don't like that hotel because there are some shared bathroom facilities (not all rooms share bathrooms). I consider that a minor, if any, inconvenience, though. We love the hotel, and the walk from there through the valley to Lauterbrunnen is magical.

We stayed in Wengen but a couple years ago. We were recently in Murren for the Switzerland tour and there was a group from BOE in Murren also.

We both groups in the same hotel? What one did you stay in?

We were in one hotel, the GAS tour was about a block away and the BOE tour in a third hotel. We overlapped each tour one night. I’m not sure the hotels. There was construction near to gondola stop, so hotels were 1-3 blocks (or the distance of 1-3 blocks). There was not much interaction. We overheard the alpenhorn performance from the GAS group (it was outdoors) and I met another couple on my early morning walk. Our tour guide and his trainee met with the guides from each tour, I think partly to introduce her.
Murren is great but more developed than I remembered and construction going on.
