InterConnex trains are shown on the Bahn website under product description 'X'. I looks like the Interconnex train from Warnemuende stops at Berlin Gesundbrunnen, Berlin Hbf, and Berlin Potsdamer Platz. Berlin Hbf gives you the most time to get off, if that matters. OTOH, which is closer to where you want to be?

Would like to Visit Brandenburg Gate first, also are there any Castle near/closest to Brandenburg Gate? TIA Ken

It looks like Brandenburg gate is between Berlin Hauptbahnhof and Potsdamer Platz, maybe slightly closer to Potsdamer Platz. Castle, in Berlin downtown, not that I know of? Maybe someone else knows.

The Berlin city fortress (Stadtschloss) was badly damaged in WWII and then demolished by the Communists as a symbol of the old regime. There are plans to rebuild it but at the moment it's a clear space. There aren't really any "castles" in central Berlin although there are a few grand houses like Schloss Charlottenberg or Schloss Koepernick.
