I will be spending some time in Burgundy this summer. I and two others would like to take a tour of a white wine area and a red wine area, take a class on wines of the region and take a 1/2 day cooking class. I'll be there for a month and I hope to do one of these events per week. Some in my traveling party do not speak French companions so English is a must. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Also any views of the following would be greatly appreciated: Burgundy on a Plate, Terre d'Or or Lynne and David Hammond (for the cooking class); Ecoles des Vins de Bourgogne (for the wine class); and Brendan Moore (for the tours).
