WHY GO TO SEVILLE, SPAIN

Hello, we are presently in Toledo Spain, heading to Tarifa(my husband is a windsurfer) en route to Malaga.
Question is Why should we stop in Seville? We are traveling with our 18 month old and 4 y.o.son. Next stop is Cordobo. Where would you go next? Seville -if so why, or would you skip past it and head to Jerez de la Frontera for the horse show, sherry tour and Flamenco show? Need some advice. Gracias..Jennifer

Because Seville is an important, old city that was important to Spain's history. Far more important and more to see than Cordoba. I didn't find Jerez all that interesting. But the horse show and sherry tour might appeal to you where it does not to me. These types of questions are hard to answer because it is mostly personal preference and choice.

Seville is magical. The Flamenco show that RS highlights in his guide book was amazing. It's my favorite Spanish city, next to Barcelona. Plus I went in February and it was the warmest. I went to Barcelona, Valencia, Granada, Seville, Cordoba and then Madrid. Seville was the highlight of my trip.
