I need to meet a friend at Barajas airport. I will already be in the country, and she will arrive at Terminal 4. Is there a general funneling of people off the plane, first to baggage carousel, and then to customs? Where can I meet her? Right out of customs? I've heard of a Medeas cafeteria; is that right outside of the secure customs area? [INVALID]Kathy

Easy to find your friend....after she exits the customs, she should turn to the right, there is a neon "Pharmacia" sign on the wall (Right hand side) about five minutes walk. I think the restaurant noted is adjacent to the "Pharmacia" - or at least in the general aarea. Or, stand just outside the customs exit (others will be there as well) and meet there.

My mistake; it's Terminal 1 where my friend arrives, on Delta. Would you know of a shop or restaurant in that terminal?

You'll see them as they come out of customs - there's only one exit.
