We are thinking of using AirBnB to book a flat in Paris. These apartments are located in various neighborhoods. Any suggestions for a family of four on which neighboorhood might be best. We have a 7 year old and 17 year old. Thanks

Bob, that's a pretty open-ended question. You don't specify what you want to see or what your kids like. So, just guessing, I suggest somewhere near the Luxembourg Gardens - park for the younger one, the heady Latin Quarter for the older.

To elaborate on what Doug said, I would suggest the 5th or 6th arrondissments. There is plenty going on in those areas. The closer to the river you can stay, the more central you will be. I have used vrbo.com to rent apartments in Paris and elsewhere with good success.
