My fiancee and I are going to be staying in london for 3 days and then in paris for 4 days. We are young and wanting to try and stay a cheap as we can for where to stay. Any ideas on cheap hostels in london and paris that is in a good centralized place to be able to travel as much as we can by foot to see all the wonderful places in the city? Thanks!

I would strongly recommend the Morgan Guest House in London, which is listed in Rick's book. It is near Victoria Station, great location. It's a step or two above a hostel, great prices for London and nice enough. I have stayed there twice and it worked out great both times.
