My wife and I are travelling to Colmar in late July and want to know where to stay. We are travelling by train so would like to be able to walk from the station and to Old Town.

The Colbert in Colmar is good for train travelers, comfortable and soundproofed.

We stayed at Chez Leslie (www.chezleslie.com) and loved it. Within walking distance of train station. Lovely rooms, very personable and helpful host (she is american), great breakfast. Highly recommend.
