We will be in Collioure for two nights in July. What hotels have you liked best?

I agree with choosing Les Templiers! We stayed last summer. Make sure to ask for an upper room that faces the port (although it's kind of noisy at night). Collioure was one of my favorite parts of our entire vacation- I am jealous!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Caranques. Beautiful views from all rooms and very nicely located.
