Where to go next year?

My wife and I have been to Europe 5 times: Italy, France and Italy. Should we go to: Belgium/Netherlands, Southern Italy, Spain/Portugal or other?

None of above. Go back to France, you haven't seen it all,,it is a big country and one can NEVER tire of Paris, LOL , and what about Switzerland, Germany and Austria,, beautiful countries.
Prague of course is on everyones lips as the place to check out now ... do it before it becomes the place " you should have seen 10 years ago" !
Out of your choices I would least likely to choose Belguim and Netherlands.I have been to them twice and remember little ,, sort of boring, yeah yeah , the canals are great( but hey I assume you have been to Venice and the canals are way nicer there) and I LOVED Ann Franks house, but other then that, ho hum. Belguim I have only been to once. It bored me. I know others will strongly disagree and thats ok,, I mean its just like people who don't like the Lourve,, some do , some don't right?

What about the Greek islands or Turkey,, or go west and check out the UK?

Jim, I would do Spain and Portugal and some more of Italy maybe. That's what we're planning to do next.

We've especially liked Krakow (Poland) and Budapest (Hungary)...still Europe, but not the same, and without the convenience of thinking only in euros..

My prejudice is to suggest Scotland, but that depends on your interests. If you like history, single malt whiskey, fiddle music, spectacular history, art, and friendly people who for the most part you can understand, then put it on the list. If you like to walk in the countryside or take scenic train rides and eat sea food bump it up a notch. ; ) I suspect you won't go wrong no matter where you go.

you can't go wrong with any of your options. however if costs are a concern in general Spain/Portugal is more economical. My choice would be Southern Italy espec Amalfi coast area and Capri.

I can understand asking for help finding some sites to see in an area you plan to visit but why ask others to pick your vacation spots? I would not want to spend that kind of money to go somewhere that someone else thinks is great. Only you and your wife know your interest and what you like.
Pick your vacation spot and then ask for help. That's my opinion and everbody has one. Good Luck!
