where to buy sims card in Paris?

We will be arriving Paris thru Eurostar ( Gard Du Nord).We will be staying at La Familia. Where can we buy Sims card?
Assuming that we have some minutes left from our sims card in LOndon, can we still use it in Paris? Thanks
