Couldn't find it last time I was there I found myself going around in circles. Tried to go up to find the clock too, lol! anyone would've thought I was in the wrong museum.
Going again in September I'm determined to get a romantic kiss off my husband for our anniversary in front of the clock.

The clock is second floor, center, on the Seine.
The restaurant is second floor, west end, overhead from the entrance.

I seem to remember getting a floor plan of the museum after paying to enter. In any event, you can always ask someone.

There is also a cafe on the 5th floor.
Clock is reachable there as well.
