where NOT to eat in Toledo spain

If you are in Toledo do NOT eat at EL FORO (Plaza de Zocodover), its a ripp off place with bad food and bad service, Had a very bad experience there.

Right across is a small coffe shop next to the marcipan place, great sandwiches and great service

Thank you for this insight will be in Toledo for 3 days in May will take your suggestion. Any other place you can suggest to eat? Or any warnings or suggestion on other things in the city? I hear this is a beautiful city and am looking forward to visiting so hope it goes well.

As a study abroad student here, I think almost every single place in Toledo is a rip off. You get pretty crappy food for your money - but that's just me. I'd much rather buy a loaf of bread at the Mercado Municipial and some cheese and fruit than pay out my you-know-what to eat here.
