What will the weather be like in Munich Germany and south into Fussen, and into Switzerland around Interlaken and Murren? We are going to be there the first two weeks in October.

How in the world can anyone know that? It could be sunny, or rainy, or cold and cloudy, or foggy, or warm. It could snow if it felt like it in the mountains.
There are all kinds of websites that will give you average temps and weather for where ever you are going, but that is for past weather, and it is all just a guess what will be next week, let along a month from now.

I agree with Jo that it is difficult to know what to expect weatherwise anywhere. However, Germany in the summer can be very hot and humid in the area of Fussen or it can be cold down in the 30's at night. I have been there in October and May as well, and I had to wear my winter coat. You could see your breath in our family's unheated church. The mountains create unsettled weather and you just never know.I will be there for two days this October as well and I do intend to bring my winter coat. I am a sunshine state person, and I do chill easily.
