Want recommendations for good lodging in Erfurt-Eisenach areas Germany

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for places you liked anywhere in this general area of Germany. We are especially interested in lodging off the beaten track, e.g. a farmhouse, B & B guesthouse, etc, but open to all suggestions. We will be visiting a variety of places in that whole general vicinity.
