How difficult is it to get from Berlin centre to Haus der Wannsee Konferenz? About a 45 minute S-bahn trip from what I've read.

Hi, I assume "from Berlin centre" you mean from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. You can take S-Bahn 7 direction Potsdam at Hbf., get off at Wannsee station. (I've transfered there to get to Potsdam-Babelsberg). After that I don't know how far it is to the Haus der Wannsee Konferenz. The time duration of the ride is about right...you're going way out there.

You can find out the exact directions on the German Rail (Bahn) website. Put in "Haus der Wannsee Konferenz" as the destination and check POI (point of interest). You take the S7 to Wannsee Bhf, then bus 114 to Am Großen Wannsee, then walk 2 min.
