Can an American F-60+ get VorteilScard? If yes, can I get it on line?

According to the website, women over 60 & men over 65 can buy the Vorteilscard (19.60 euro) but you must do it at a train station and show your passport. It seems from the info there that you need not be Austrian but possibly you have to have an EU passport. You could e-mail for an answer at [email protected]
