VODAFONE SIM CARDS! Anyone know how to transfer balances from IT to GE?

I am able to transfer money from my German - pay as you go - Vodafone to my children's phones. I just dial 22922 and follow the prompts and transfer 3-5€ at a time to their phones. Now I have around 60€ on my ITALIAN Vodafone - pay as you go - phone ... Anyone know if there is a way to transfer money from my Italian Vodafone to my German Vodafone???
I am not going to Italy any time soon and I want to transfer the funds to use here in Germany. Thanks!
