visit a cheese farm in Provence

Has anyone taken a tour of a cheese making farm in Provence where they also do tastings?

OK, no one has responded to you all day and I confess that my answer is no, I haven't.

I don't associate Provence with cheese but I Googled "cheese tasting Provence" and found a number of tour and tasting opportunities.

But please consider the number of open air markets in Provence. There you'll find lots more varieties of cheese to taste than you might on any one dairy.

Where will you be in Provence? It's a pretty big area and if you let us know where you'll be staying, perhaps you may get a few replies...

While Provence has no cow cheeses to speak of, it's well known for it's wide variety of goat cheese.
