Vimy Ridge in Arras France, can it be done by train?

Can Vimy Ridge be done without a car. May 2009
I am spending most of my 3 weeks in France with a side trip to Bruges.
From Bruges I would take a train to Arras.
Is there a tour that I can take from Arras to the battle site? I know a car would be best but I would have to rent one for 3 days. thanks
