Vignettes for Austria and France

I know a vignette is needed to drive in Austria. I plan to do a day trip from Berchstgaden to Hallstat for a day trip. Is there a 1 day vignette and how much does it costs? BTW is vignette needed for using france motorways

The €7.90 is for 10 days, that is the shortest time.
