Vienna-Salzburg-Prague

Let me thank everyone again for all the helpful responses I've received to my earlier questions. Here is the last: My wife and I will spend 12 days in the above locations in June and I'm planning the itinerary. I've got my RS book and a couple of others packed with information so what I'm looking for now is insight from anyone who's already been to these cities. What shouldn't I miss at any cost? What are the best pubs, jazz clubs and coffeehouses? Where would you choose to spend a couple hours of downtime in each city? Best restaurants? Overlooked museums? Thanks much.

The restaurant Goldene Ente (golden duck) in Salzburg which has a pub/gasthof feel. Has a famous dessert and good food. We went there for last Thanksgiving dinner. I had chestnut soup, super yummy. Schnitzels, salad, etc. good. You should make a reservation, it's just small, not fancy.

For some bizarre (to me) reason, Rick Steves doesn't mention the Zentralfriedhof Cemetery (Vienna) in his book. It's among the largest in the world and has many notable people buried there (including a ton of composers). If you weren't already aware of it, I'd highly recommend doing a Google search for more information to see if it might be of interest. In Prague, we had really, really good pizza at a place called Kmotra in Old Town. So good that we still talk about it.
