Vienna, Munich health food stores, restaurants (for low sodium diet)

Hi, my husband suffers from Meniere's Disease and must follow a low sodium diet. Can anyone recommend a supermarket (similar to Whole Foods) in Vienna and Munich? Any restaurant recommendations? Websites to reference? Thanks!
